Wednesday night marks the opening of the 5th annual Santa Barbara Ocean Film Festival. At this event, 21 ocean-related films from around the world are shown and judged, and the winners of Best Ocean Adrenaline film, Best Student Ocean film, Best of Show, Best Natural History film Best Ocean Travel film and Best Marine Conservation film are announced.
